  7.     This note concerns the situation as to how the read only version of CAIFS may be used.

  9.     1.) Copies may be passed between individuals provided no charge is made.
  10.  
  11.     2.) It may be distributed by P.D. libraries.
  12.  
  13.     3.) The read only version may be distributed by remote databses or bulletin boards provided that no charge is made other than the phone call.

  15.     4.) The copyright belongs exclusively to me (Daniel Oram) at all times.

  17.     5.) Archives created using the read/write version of CAIFS may be distributed freely provided that the legal terms of any data in the archive is adhered to and the read/write version is not distributed with them.
